Día 7. Stop telling people you're fine, you aren't fine
You haven't been fine for year; you haven't been fine since that day when you looked down and saw glass sticking out of the dirt- in that place you used to sit when you were lonely. You thought it was a sign; a sign to do it; a sign that told you that's how you're supposed to deal with anything that's overwhelming or just when you felt hollow. you used it just to forget and it's chased you down for six years ever since. It's all quite a mess, isn't it? Everyone seems to have lost sight of their own humanity; but you're part of that mess, and you've built a cage around yourself that you'll never be able to get out of. You haven't been fine since the day you felt powerless. You remember that day. You weren't fine when your were admitted, and you aren't fine now that you lied to get out. You are not fine. You need help. You need to accept that this life you're living isn't healthy. You need to be happy. You need to be put back together. You need to let people help you. You need to let me help you. You need to face the fact that living this way isn't worth it. You need you be whole again. You will work everyday for the rest of your life, trying you be honest when you say, "I'M FINE" unless you get what you need.
